Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g caster sugar (¼ cup)
  • 2 tbsp spiced rum
  • 125 ml thickened cream (½ cup)
  • 250 ml milk (1 cup)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until frothy.
  • Add the rum and beat to combine.
  • Add the thickened cream and milk and beat to combine.
